Alex Impey
Alex is from Hartlepool England, and along with over 100,000 other folks from this town, is proud to bear the affectionate title of ‘monkey hanger’.
He is the founder and head of property operations for XUSA properties LTD, a property development company who specialises in mixed use, mixed tenure property and whose sole aim is to make living affordable and enjoyable for everyone in the world.
Alex had a previous life as a chartered Mechanical Engineer (CENG) and has travelled around the world working in a professional integrity and assurance role across highly resilient global infrastructure. His role has always been simple; to mitigate risk and provide steadfast assurance at all stages of the project life-cycle.
He has also done this whilst visiting some of the most challenging and extreme locations in the world, including the Middle East, Iraq, and the more recently the notorious city of Aberdeen. He has personally delivered over £250M of CAPEX projects during his time in this profession.
Amongst other things, Alex loves all things related to personal development and continual learning and has dedicated the last 11 years of life to researching how best to improve and evolve in all facets as a human being whilst mapping these learnings and distilling this into a single repeatable system for others to use.
Alex has also studied Astronautics and Space Engineering at Cranfield University.
Not only is he a massive geek but is also a closet Star Trek fan too.
His ultimate ambition is to build a collective alliance which develops mankind through space exploration & scientific development, which includes the goals of sending humans on the first ever return mission to explore Jupiter and its moons along with a round trip to Pluto before 2060.
