My role in this organisation as founder and head of property development is similar to that of a conductor in an orchestra.
I am simply here to conduct the affairs of my team and that of the professionals and allow them to achieve outstanding results.
My involvement starts from concept appraisal throughout acquisition, construction until we conclude with the disposal of the development projects. In addition to this, I have a direct commitment and support to all of our shareholders and investors within the business and the respective individual developments.
Fortunately, the ‘XUSA orchestra’ only creates beautiful sounding music… well, at least to my ears that is.
